i have anxiety, and pot is the only thing that has been able to settle me down. i've smoked pot for years, and ever since, i've been more kind and caring, and not always so bent out of shape, not panicking... recently i noticed my anxiety gets bad enough, where i almost black out occasionally playing black jack, unless i smoke a little pot before. it's little things like that which kind of scare me, knowing that in the event of something happening, for instance: some kind of natural disaster, tragedy, game, anything that gets me anxious could be dangerous if i black out... i do, on rare occasions, experience a panic attack amplified by marijuana, but i know the good effects out weigh the bad in my experience... if you do panic or get paranoid, just call someone, turn on the tv and find something funny, play a video game, or read a magazine.. anything to keep your mind off what ever subject you're panicking over. some people might get panic attacks more than others on marijuana, but that's just a side effect, also like any medication your doctor puts you on. if the bad out weighs the good, then marijuana isn't a drug for you.
