It seems like recently there have been more and more drugs that have been proven too dangerous for use after the FDA has OK'd them. I know that there's a big hurry to release promising drugs, but it's the FDA's job to check for things like seizures and heart attacks caused by these new medications. The FDA needs to wait and conduct more thorough testing before they vouch for the drug's safety, rather than rush to get it on the shelves and then recall it after a few deaths or accidents that could have been prevented.

I don't agree at all. In the last 20-30 year I would only expect maybe a 1/3 increase in THC content from superior genetics at most. It's more likely that the increase is only 15-20%. Good pot is just more common as the growing community is much larger now. The reason you didn't hear about killer one hit ***** back in the 60-70's as much was because only a small number of people had access to it. In the 60-70 I would estimate only a VERY small and closed circle of people exchanged quality seeds. Today anyone can order the best genetics from a website, send their money order, and cross their fingers for a package in the mail a month or so later.
